The Delfin Albano Tech4ED Center achieved remarkable recognition by securing the Top 3 Outstanding Tech4ED Center award and Top 2 position for COVID-19 Pandemic Response during the DICT Regional TecheED Awards held on November 20, 2024, Cauayan City, Isabela. Center Managers from across Region 2 gathered to celebrate this achievement, highlighting the exceptional leadership of Regional Director Engr. Pinky Tumaliuan – Jimenez, PECE, PhD.
