UCV, HGB, and ISU are conducting an OJT program at the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office / Tech4ED Center of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Delfin Albano, Isabela. Their primary concern during this training is to learn how to develop a government website with the assistance of the ICT Officer/Tech4ED Center Manager, Rhomel G. Salvador.

The objective of this OJT program at the ICT Office / Tech4ED Center is to equip the participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to create and manage a government website. By working closely with Rhomel G. Salvador, they aim to gain insights into the latest trends and best practices in website development, ensuring the website’s effectiveness and user-friendliness.

Throughout the training, the UCV, HGB, and ISU participants will be exposed to various aspects of website development, such as website design, content creation, search engine optimization, and user experience. They will also learn about integrating ICT tools and services to enhance the website’s functionality and accessibility.

The collaboration between the educational institutions and LGU Delfin Albano, Isabela, through this OJT program, aims to improve the government’s online presence and promote better communication between the government and its citizens. The primary focus is to create a website that is informative, accessible, and user-friendly, which will be achieved by leveraging the expertise of Rhomel G. Salvador, IT Officer/Tech4ED Center Manager.

All learnings are credited to the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT), which provided this knowledge and training to all active Tech4Ed Center managers.
