The Plaque of Recognition is conferred to Barangay Government of Rizal for the Pilot Testing of the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay 2021. Itong pagkilala ay isang testamento ng isang matino, mahusay at maaasahang pamamalakad ng Sangguniang Barangay.
